Went through the drive-thru and ordered a 5 piece mixed, spicy and mild. Got to the window and received order. Typically spicy chicken is identifiable and/or distinguished from the mild. In this instance it was not. I asked the cashier which pieces were mild or spicy. She asked I told the person taking the order which pieces I wanted spicy. I explained that they never asked. She said ok and walked away to ask the person who fixed the box which pieces were what. Came back to the...read full review
Worst Popeyes EVER! Wait time is ridiculous here �� and Customer service is non existent. It’s as if I owed them their time back or something. Yuck! And to top it off my order was COMPLETELY WRONG ���
