Everytime I come here, when Ashley is runnin the spot, everything seems to be on point. Luckily the majority of the time I come she’s keeping everyone alert and attentive to staying on task so they can be at peak service. I’ve made this my MAIN location at this point ???
This location needs a customer service coarse immediately. Like the way they talk to each other and then shift the energy towards the customers is unpleasant. Wish there was a different location

Today, when it was my worst experience ever at this chipotle, there are a bunch of teenagers behind the counter, laughing and giggling joking, not paying any attention to people trying to take orders the line is all the way out the door, and they don’t seem to care , They’re telling people they are sold out of items that they are actually not sold out of. You can actually look and see that the item is right there.
