I didn't have time so again food ok not ever made correctly. And the lady at the mobile order station was extremely RUDE.FIND ANOTHER CHIPOLTE!!!!

I just picked up my online delivery order I didn’t have the queso I paid extra for, I watched them pile food on orders that were coming thru the line but my order was light and incorrect with one piece of chicken in a chicken bowl I paid $12 for!!!! Only in predominantly black neighborhoods where the workers are young and our ppl would they do a pre packaged take out/delivery order this way that someone typically won’t see until they’ve gotten home but have already paid full price for!!! DESPICABLE!! And the outside umbrella was flying away and always damaged my sister’s vehicle

This was by far the worse chipotle I have been to, we came In around 10 pm and ( they have a sign saying they close at 11) we ordered bowls , the first portion of the bowl was completed we then moved on to the second portion which is usually where you receive your salsa, cheese, lettuce etc just for the associate to tell us “ that's all we got right here” by that he meant only 2 of 3 salsas , no pico, no cheese & no corn , the only way you could receive cheese was to get Queso added in which case of course we were charged extra for , I have been to a lot of chipotles over the years and never have I ever been to one like this, the atmosphere was nasty , staff unprofessional & rude , how can you charge full price when you don’t even have the original toppings at hand to offer in the first place?Ghetto !!!

This location is terrible. I just left there they have no chips, only have brown rice. The store is a mess. I stood in line for 15 minutes after I had previously asked while I was in line if they had queso and chips I was told yes to get all the way up to the front of the line and be told they didn't have any more chips?This is the most ghetto Chipotle I have ever seen

The store is very dirty. The manager and some of the workers are rude and disrespectful. The bathroom is nasty and they have to prepare your food. They never have everything you need for a bowl. Don’t go to this one take the extra trip to go to a different Chipotle for the amount of money you spend on your food you need great customer service and a clean restaurant.

Worst Chipotle on the east coast! This operation is never functioning at proper capacity. There’s always something they don’t have or you can’t do at this location. Waste of your time and efforts usually!
We had a fundraiser for my son's class here, and it was the worst experience. The manager was rude and did not want to honor the agreement. We were supposed to be able to order online or in the store. He told everyone they had to order online only. We lost sales and trying to order food while you were in the store took forever. The manager finally reached out to his district manager, which explained to him how to do in store sales for fundraiser. The damage was already done. I will never use them for a fundraiser, nor go there to eat.

This place was an entire MESS! The tables were not clean! All of them!!! Food on the floor,garbage cans overflowing, the drink service area was a mess! My wife HAD to be hungry, I'm surprised she still wanted to eat there. We ended up eating on their patio, and all three trash cans were turned down as if they didn't want them to be used, this was around 4:30 pm on 03/20/2024 The person that was preparing my food had a very short attention span! I was explaining my order and she wasn't even listening, her head was turned and all in another employee's conversation! Piss poor customer service!!! If I had been the corporate inspector I would have shutdown the restaurant and Fired everyone!! O, they had no steak ready and the entrance windows were filthy!! What do they teach these people when they're trained?

On the 16th of March me and my coworker place to order over the phone my boo was too hot and slapped up I didn't get my chips they were supposed to put the money back on my card but I haven't yet seen it and today is the 19th of March I don't know if it was just at the end of the shift that we just got the crumbs or what was left over but it was not good at all and this was on camp Creek parkway?
