“I treated my husband to breakfast at Phyllis to kick off his birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations! The food and drinks were outstanding, and the staff was incredibly attentive, even giving my husband a special birthday shout-out. It was the perfect start to his day! The restaurant was very clean with modern/industrial decor and a great atmosphere with R&B music playing in the background. The free parking lot was a huge plus as well. We enjoyed a couple of sunrise mimosas, my husband ordered the lobster and waffle while I opted for catfish and grits. The dishes were hot, perfectly seasoned, and left us wanting to try everything else on the menu but we were too stuffed! They have so much to choose from. We were thrilled to discover this hidden gem and highly recommend it! Try it for yourself, I promise you won't be disappointed!“
“Great little diner for breakfast! Everyone at my table said it was delicious! I had the smothered biscuit with gravy and sausage. I couldn't have made it better myself! Someone else had the French toast and really enjoyed that as well. We will go back for sure!“
“Love this place! Finally got to try it on a slow Wednesday at the end of February and I had top tier service from start to finish, the hosteds and my server were lovely. I mainly came for the beignets and they did not disappoint!!!! I'd 1000% go back just for those. The waffle and turkey bacon were also so good, and I got a virgin mimosa as a birthday treat ?“
“This small restaurant right next to a Chick-fil-A is a diamond in the rough. It's been a challenge to find a delicious breakfast spot that is affordable and not pretentious. We ordered chicken biscuits, home taters, gravy, and plain biscuits. It was easy to order and the staff was cordial. I would skip the gravy, it seemed to be missing something. I enjoy dipping my chicken biscuit in gravy, don't ask, I just do. But this didn't add to it so I'll pass the next time. But that's OK. The home taters were plentiful and you really only need one order for three people unless you're really hungry. The biscuits needed butter and honey because they truly were plain. The chicken was well seasoned and flavorful, perfectly fried, and the biscuits were nice. Definitely will eat here again.“
“We had a great brunch! I had the southern bowl and my hubby had a cheeseburger.....both were delicious. The entire staff was courteous and competent and made us feel like family. Stephanie waited on us and did a remarkable job! We will be back!“
“I have been to this specific location a few times and always have a fabulous experience! From the food to the service to the drinks, always deliver and never disappoint. I will say it's a good idea to get here a bit early because they do get very busy (for good reason!) and the parking lot directly in front of the resturant is tiny. Still, even if you have to park nearby, they do a good job at hustling to clean tables to minimize the wait! 10/10aParking: There are limited spaces in front of the actual resturant, but there's plenty of parking around considering the restaurant is in a plaza.“
“First visit of many. Such a wholesome owner and place. Felt very welcoming and no pressure. Mr Luis was an amazing host to us, engaging in small conversations but knowing when not to converse too. The food was amazing, the coffee was fresh and his recommendation of what to choose was delicious. 5 star little gem right in Marietta. Do yourself a favor and stop in and see him, you won't be disappointed!Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a hospital, wheelchairs can make it no problem“
