Taco Bell in Marietta

“Excellent customer service tonight from Thatia or Katya (not sure what her name was but it sounded like yhat) I even left her a tip. After driving away from a nearby taco bell where the voice was giving mad to be there. It was refreshing how kind Thatia or Katya was. Parent stopping by at kids request after a long work day and soccer practice. The order was also correct! Gold star!

“Stopped here around 10pm. Ordered a combo in the drive through. The drinks are Pepsi products but they had nothing Pepsi available.
I was given a plastic spork in my bag to eat a chicken breast with. I asked if they have a plastic knife to cut my chicken breast with and I was given a confused look by the guy at the drive through. He didn't understand that a spoon was not the appropriate way to carve a chicken breast apart with.
The chicken and wedges were delicious. As were the apple desert bites.“

“I previously left a review a few months ago, but I’ve since returned to this Taco Bell, and wow, what a difference! The customer service has completely turned around and is now truly amazing. The girl at the window was super helpful and kind, and the gentleman in the back cooking even was super friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and my order was 100% accurate. I also noticed their score is now a perfect 100, which shows just how much effort has gone into improving this location. “Very pleasant experience for a taco bell. Staff was friendly, and the food was correct. My quessidilla and fiesta potato were a little overcooked, in my opinion, but that could just be subjective, and service was so good I didn't really mind. I would eat here again.“

I used to avoid it in the past for various reasons but after trying it again recently a couple of times, I've consistently had a very good experience and will now recommend it. I had such a good experience with the service and friendliness of the drive thru worker this latest visit that it motivated me to write this good review 🙂“

“Our family ordered 23 food items for 9 of us due to having company over and somehow this location did not miss a single item! Praise God! Way to go to their team who paid attention to detail. Seems like every time weve gone out for fast food in the last couple of years, every other company gets something wrong, even when ordering for 5 of us. Keep up the awesome work night shift! Straight killing it! To top it off, it's my birthday. I could not make up my mind in time for a sit down restraunt and they actually delivered not having to make a call or go back to the store once we got home with the food. Thank you.“
