Taco Bell in Marietta

“Stopped here around 10pm. Ordered a combo in the drive through. The drinks are Pepsi products but they had nothing Pepsi available.
I was given a plastic spork in my bag to eat a chicken breast with. I asked if they have a plastic knife to cut my chicken breast with and I was given a confused look by the guy at the drive through. He didn't understand that a spoon was not the appropriate way to carve a chicken breast apart with.
The chicken and wedges were delicious. As were the apple desert bites.“

“Excellent customer service tonight from Thatia or Katya (not sure what her name was but it sounded like yhat) I even left her a tip. After driving away from a nearby taco bell where the voice was giving mad to be there. It was refreshing how kind Thatia or Katya was. Parent stopping by at kids request after a long work day and soccer practice. The order was also correct! Gold star!

“Genuinely have never received less than perfect services here and I appreciate that. Started going a lot this last month and the crew they have right now from morning to late at night are genuine and kind, thank you guys. Roommate said this location serves their food the best and I think he was right.“

“I am not one to typically leave reviews, but the lady in the drive through was so kind. I wish I would have gotten her name. There aren’t many people like her in the service industry anymore. She deserves a raise and all the happiness life has to offer.“

“You couldn’t make me hate this Taco Bell. My friend and I frequent this location to grab lunch for work and the couple women that usually help us (I wish I knew their names) are always very kind to us. Once or twice there’s been issues out of their control with stuff not working in-store, but they always always get us taken care of. Shoutout to the lady with the tattoos who went above and beyond last time as well.👋“

“This location has turned things around for the better. I used to avoid it in the past for various reasons but after trying it again recently a couple of times, I've consistently had a very good experience and will now recommend it. I had such a good experience with the service and friendliness of the drive thru worker this latest visit that it motivated me to write this good review 🙂“

“Easily the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Staff is super friendly as well.
It was so clean I actually took time to write a review about it lol.

“This review is for all of those who may have gone prior to 2026 and have not been back since. It’s been a while since I visited this location and at the start of 2026, I visited by chance and wow what a difference new management makes! The dining has been updated with greater access to power outlets -a plus for me working remote. All of the staff are friendly, you actually get your cups BEFORE your meal is ready (dine in), tea is readily available over the counter (not neglected and filled from the back), food has since been super fresh during all recent visits, and how many fast food locations can claim a 99 on food inspections?!?! Yeah, I know! Expensive, yes, but so is every other food place and establishment-sign of the times. At least you’re not tipping here, so there’s your savings right there! Don’t believe me, swing by and see for yourself, no other Taco Bell in the area will reach the level of service provided here. I was in recently with family and Lamden (manager) was very polite, observant in acknowledging new customers when walking in, busy preparing food all the while training a new associate on item prep. The effort for ensuring this locations excels was clearly evident and I had never met Lamden before then. Way to go! And keep up the good work!“
