Taco Bell in Atlanta

“Taco Bell, please give the workers on the night shift this past Tuesday evening a raise. They were dealing with people walking through the drive and DoorDash orders while still offering good customer service and great food. That Tripledecker CrunchWrap they made was one of the best things I have ever eaten at Taco Bell.“

“I came in early Sunday morning around 5am and this place as so busy, usually when you go to a fast food restaurant, there's no customer service and it's a simple exchange between customer and employees especially now with all the new ways to pay for your order without placing in person and paying online. I watched your employee, with whom I asked her what her name was because she should get acknowledged, her name was Kellie or Kelly? Not sure on the spelling, but she handled all the orders with a smile and who knows how tired she may have been at that early or that late at night depending how and when her shift started. But she handled a very rude and disrespectful customer with the most professionalism I have seen in a long time especially for fast food. You don't see that too often and she made sure to greet each and every person that came in, and it was quite early for some tacos on 4th of July holiday weekend. She obviously knows her stuff and I assume is running the show because she ran circles around the others. I appreciate that. I'm sorry it took a few days to let you know but this taco bell is a hit and I will be back. It's worth the hassle of no parking in downtown Atlanta.“

“Sindu for the win 🇨🇮 great service, delicious food. One complaint is the kiosk loaded up my children's Mass customizations changing all sorts of the boxes from Luxe this to Discovery that. And then when I added my option to the kiosk, it lost all of theirs! My daughter was actually crying sad face“

“This Taco Bell is in the cut on Fulton Industrial. It’s up behind the McDonalds and Zaxbys. The food is always good and fresh because it’s a little slower than others. But because it’s quieter I get fresh food and good service everytime I go. Jalen is always super friendly and professional.“

“Im getting to the point I hate restaurant food I use em to think taco bell was real authentic Mexican food , but ,NOPE!! meat come in a pack and warmed up in microwave,then the beans not black beans and in a food processor NOPE!! And I just want a healthier lifestyle so fa now it's a NOPE!!!“

“This place completely turned it around. For those who know, they used to send everyone inside to order, would claim they were cash only, and took forever to get your food.

Now, they seem to have employees that actually do their jobs. 4 cars in front of me got their food within 2 min of ordering. Hope they keep it up.“

“The food I received from this location is quite possibly the best Taco Bell I've ever had. There was a mistake with my order, they remade it with no fuss. My beefy potato loaded grillers came with a nice perfectly toasted crust, and were generously filled. Not a single bite of empty tortilla. These guys have no competition in Atlanta.“
