Taco Bell in Atlanta

“I’ve eaten here before but today was a lemme grab a quick taco day. The young lady working on the drive thru speaker, didn’t get her name, was pleasant. She was so pleasant that I told her and her sister that was working the window that if she didn’t like working there her energy said she loved it. She was very pleasant and inviting. The current society we live in great customer service is almost non existent. She deserves a promotion or a free day off, something. This was between 730-800 PM today 3/25/2026“

“This location gets NONSTOP ORDERS ALLLL NIGHT, from pick up to doordash, grub hub, uber eats etc. Ive been here too many times, for the last taco bell open in the city every night they do an amazing job dealing with impatient customers and a stupid amount of orders!“

“The West End Taco Bell is my happy place. I’ve been coming here since 2013. Where else can you get a delicious vegetarian meal for under $9? The staff is so kind and they make the food with love. Late nights the drive-thru can get backed up but even then it’s worth the wait.

Vegetarian options: You can substitute the meat for beans and rice instead“

“Sindu for the win 🇨🇮 great service, delicious food. One complaint is the kiosk loaded up my children's Mass customizations changing all sorts of the boxes from Luxe this to Discovery that. And then when I added my option to the kiosk, it lost all of theirs! My daughter was actually crying sad face“

“The BEST customer service skills goes to Kanishaanna. She was so polite and patient with me. She has a beautiful aura. I was tired of Tacos and couldn't make my mind up. She threw some of her favorites out there and I chose chicken avocado ranch burrito. Needless to say the burrito was a hit. Thanks Kanishaanna!!!!!“

“Im getting to the point I hate restaurant food I use em to think taco bell was real authentic Mexican food , but ,NOPE!! meat come in a pack and warmed up in microwave,then the beans not black beans and in a food processor NOPE!! And I just want a healthier lifestyle so fa now it's a NOPE!!!“

“This place completely turned it around. For those who know, they used to send everyone inside to order, would claim they were cash only, and took forever to get your food.

Now, they seem to have employees that actually do their jobs. 4 cars in front of me got their food within 2 min of ordering. Hope they keep it up.“

“They stay busy but they work very hard there's a particular lady that wears glasses she is always working so hard I think she is brown light complexion middle age woman heavy build she has to be the manager she is amazing and sweet but stern 😊“
