“I recently came here to pick up an online order I had placed, just to find out when I got home part of my order was missing. I came back to the location and the two gentleman that helped me showed amazing customer service. They fixed the issue and made sure I was taken care of with a smile. “We have been going to this taco bell since it opened. We live nearby, and the food is always delicious. The service may not be perfect when you go in, (we prefer the drive-thru service). But the food is always good.
As someone who uses the app to order, I don’t mind that they are getting away from taking orders. But it is frustrating that Taco Bell is now trying to force everyone to use the app or their digital screen to order. Sometimes I want to pay with cash. And I hate using computers when I sometimes want to talk to a human being. Other than that; this is a good Taco Bell.“
