“I just HAD to write this review! I was leaving the shopping center and happened to look over at the light to see the kindest man outside of Taco Bell CLEANING IN DETAIL the drive thru window!! I cannot tell you, and I know I am not alone, how many times I have been to a drive thru window and they were literally filthy and disgusting looking! I had to get this man’s attention and tell him “thank you and good job!” I away so impressed and happy to see the pride and care he was showing in his place of work! Appearances MATTER! Cleanliness MATTERS! His work should be commended by all of us and all establishments with drive thru windows should follow his lead! BRAVO!“
“I had such a great experience at Taco Bell thanks to the employee working the drive-through today I believe her name was AREL. From the moment I pulled up, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. They took my order accurately, answered my questions with patience, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another car in line.
What impressed me most was their positive attitude. Even during a busy rush, they stayed upbeat, efficient, and kind. My order was correct, fresh, and ready quickly, and the excellent customer service made my entire visit better.
