Haven't been to this Taco Bell in a very long time because I just didn't like the food that much because it always tasted like old grease. I am so grateful I went tonight the food is delicious the service was just wonderful. I will absolutely be back“
“Food service workers should strive to be like Charles at this Taco Bell. I was having a really rough day, his exceptional customer service instantly changed my mood. As I approached the drive-through window, his kind and patient voice provided a calming effect. Then, Miss Andrea, another employee noticed that my pop was wasting out. She ensured that she didn’t give it to me and instead wiped it off and cleaned it. These are the kind of employees who should be working in customer service, especially in the food service industry.
