“I visited this place and was told to wait about 10 minutes for some food. I asked for a refund, but the manager, Alice, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Instead of giving a refund, she quickly got my food ready and gently apologized for the slight delay—my total wait was only five minutes, including the time in line. They were also managing a food truck while serving me and other customers, which was impressive. Alice truly made sure I was satisfied, and because of that wonderful experience, I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.“
