“I was extremely wary of ordering food here due to the horrible reviews but I was hungry at 1am on a Friday and decided to check it out. I put in my order through the TBell app, about 5 minutes before getting there and was expecting a lengthy wait. The place was very packed, including a long drive thru line, but the three employees worked expertly on getting everyone's orders out. It did take about 25 minutes to get our food, but not once did the workers slow down. They worked like a well oiled machine, and even asked a few customers questions to clarify their orders before making it. It's rare that happens, as I've been to many taco bells where they just get my order wrong and don't care to ask me about it. The employees asked about my order personally after seeing me wait for a while and then quickly made it with all the alterations. The quality of the ingredients did taste a bit stale, but that wasn't in the employees control so I'm not upset about that. Overall, this was a great Taco bell despite them being understaffed and packed. I hope management hires more people, and does something about the ingredients. Otherwise I'd come here again and again.“
“I was really hungry and I saw the famous taco bell I got even more Hungry ?, I don't want to go to the drive thru window because a recent experience with a different company. I just want to get some food and leave. I went inside and I really felt the great vibe in this location North Point GA.I feel appreciate, a beautiful girl really helped me to select the best deal for a bunch of food, amazing, customers, families with kids all look happy Great job!
