Taco Bell in Buford

“A couple years ago when Taco Bell opened this location. Service was not good so we stopped dining here. We recently decided to give them 1 more try. Leslie was the one who made us return again and again. She is confident and takes care of her customers. A couple of days ago, we dined in and Leslie was there to assist us. Our food was excellent, thanks to Marcus and there was another employee by the name of Valencia who also greeted us. This location has such a great team and offers wonderful food!“

“Gotta hand it to the taco bell team working at 2pm on a cold and snowy day, I was really surprised on how efficient and friendly they were after looking at the 2.7 stars but they blew my mind when I came in everything was clean,team said hi, got my order in less then 5 min, I can't really ask for more well done team working at 2pm on Jan 26. You deserve 5 stars keep up the good work.“

“I live by the Mall of Ga. and go out to lunch daily. They discontinued the Mexican pizza and now it's back. They have reduced the amount of filling on tacos since Covid and the $10 combos left me wanting more. Today the tacos were full and the pizza was filled correctly also. When I got home I wanted to let them know by doing a review on the Taco Bell site connected to the receipt. One of the questions was if I got a taco that was full of toppings, which it was. They cut back on topping amount and the customers let them know that we could get a good hot meal at a real Mexican Restaurant for the same price as the food they serve and they are improving, at least at this location.“

“Went to this place super late, Brandy was super awesome. made us smile, did good job with food. And she deserves a raise so much. I doubt she is getting paid what she deserve for working at a fast food restaurant. someone needs to promote her rn or some new business will come in and swoop her up.“
