1st time at this one. Cashier was very sweet. Prices are higher than the one I normally go to. They got my order wrong, and when the cashier was correcting the order as in refunding and recharging me. Most places would have just corrected the order. After paying she was like.. you can keep this, we are not supposed to take it back and I guess the manager didnt like it and YELLED noooooooo put it in the trash. The poor cashier was mortified. i don’t normally leave good reviews tbh but the gentleman at the window was very nice and the food was amazing it was around midnight so normally other taco bells aren’t that great so i decided to leave a good review good job taco bell on hamilton mill

We went through the drive thru. The service was typical for drive thru service. The food was okay, but I ordered Mexican Pizza and paid extra for sour cream. We ate on the road, and when I was ready for that part found no sour cream added and no cutlery to eat it with.
