I came in early for lunch. I ordered online to save time. It only saved me the time of ordering at a kiosk. The app said my order was ready, but the two employees I could see took a while to ask what name my order was under. I was offered no bag or napkins. I had to put ice in my drink having ordered a specialty beverage. My food was very bland and the hot sauce I put in my order was not included. I came in early Sunday morning around 5am and this place as so busy, usually when you go to a fast food restaurant, there's no customer service and it's a simple exchange between customer and employees especially now with all the new ways to pay for your order without placing in person and paying online.
