“I originally placed an order for delivery but I got a call from Raphael (Rafael?) that they didn’t have any delivery drivers today and if I wanted to switch it to pickup. It’s close so I had no problem picking it up. When we went to pick it up we found this kid working the entire store by himself, answering phones, making pizzas, greeting customers. He didn’t have a bad attitude and was patient and calm with a great positive attitude. Our food came out better than it ever has before when ordering here and it was just him working there. I don’t know how much they pay him, but it’s not enough. That type of work ethic is not around these days and when others would have just quit or let the rude customers beat them down, he didn’t.“
“Got to give this place credit where credit is due! We ordered a pizza and a couple salads for delivery and we had a minor issue, when I called the gentleman in charge was extremely kind and immediately corrected the issue himself!! You don't see this type of service often anymore & he deserves to be recognized. Delicious food and salads! Thank you!!“
“Ordered from here 3 times in the past month and it was so good i had to come on here to leave a 5 star review!!! I have a Marco’s closer to my house but since my Grub Hub order came to this location I had to come on here and pay my respect! Consistently delicious! I’ve read the negative reviews but I guess they corrected what they were doing wrong because my pizzas came HOT and Cheesy! i might even order one tonight!! Kudos!!!!“
“UPDATE: I don’t know why the cheesy bread has never looked or tasted right aince the new ownership. I think this may be our last time trying (we've tried 5x since it reopened). Pizza isn’t much better. It was great the second time we tried it but since then, it always looks like this. The manager said its because people were putting too much cheese the first time. Well the website is what it should look like and what it always looked like prior to the new ownership. We will give other Marco's a chance in the future but not this one.
Previously... I was so sad when this location closed for a long time as no other pizza tasted as good.
Today there was an issue with the order but Andre, the new manager, was professional and stayed cool even as he was juggling taking orders during the busy rush. He fixed our issue and exceeded expectations. Definitely will start going regularly now that its back open!“
