“‼️ I’m writing this review 4 months later for TRAY! ? I ordered a pizza the night of 09/13/23 for pickup which had some very specific customizations, and the team prepared my order PERFECTLY! Tray helped me receive my order when I arrived at the store for pickup with the *BEST* service and engagement she could’ve ever offered me! ? She asked me to check the pizza to confirm it was accurately prepared (which it absolutely was!), ensured all my multiple sauces were included with my order, and inquired if I needed any plates, packets, etc. ? Tray has a bright, vibrant energy and enthusiastic spirit about her! Her personality was memorable, and her sincerity was inspiring. Tray really made my pickup experience delightful. I never have a bad experience at any Marco’s, but Tray certainly made my experience unforgettable by being a bright, loving light in a world where you’re not always treated with kindness and care.
