They messed up my order and I expected to pick it up and drive to my destination in Atlanta. Ended up having to come back after my drop off and that was a 30 minute drive. I had already paid and the closest Marcos was already going to be closed by the time I came back. However, I was given an employee discount and I think that was a fair resolve. Pizza was good.“
“Pizza from Marco's is always a hit. The service, however, was a miss tonight. The only person that was remotely helpful or friendly was the lady with 2-tone hair. She was the only one to acknowledge me when I entered the store. She communicated to me that there was still a wait for my order. I asked if I could go ahead and pay for my order while I waited and she was about to help me before another worker told her they were too backed up and that she would handle front. The second worker then proceeded to not come over to assist me with my payment or even communicate that she would take my payment once the pizza was ready. I know it can be challenging to work through a rush but a little communication goes a long way.“
“It doesn’t matter how busy this store gets…, Ashlie is just on point top-notch I wish every member of management was like her. They are not however, if I were to open up a franchise, I’d be taking her with me. Hell, I’d probably even make a part owner simply because she takes ownership of what she does.!!!
That woman goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to a customer he treats us like family. I’ve seen her treat other people like family and you just can’t buy that kind of service you can’t train that kind of service. It’s either in you or it’s not.
This is my way of thanking her outside the extra percentage in tip and on another platform to say to continue being a rockstar and that the future is looking bright for everything that she does.
And as always, the food was amazing!!!
She’s so great that I sprained my ankle and she brought all 4 XL Large Pizzas and Sub to my SUV..! God bless you!“
