“I recently placed an order for 6 large pizzas for a kids' party through an online food delivery service. The online vendor processed the transaction but didn't deliver the pizzas. When I spoke to the manager, he had the pies made immediately. He personally delivered the food to our party venue, adding in complimentary orders of cheesy bread. Because of this, within about an hour of the party starting, we had our pizzas. He went above and beyond to make it right. I didn't think that customer service existed like this anymore but I am in awe of what I experienced here. Thank you!“

“Typically got to Marco’s 2-3 times a week and always received outstanding service and fresh food. I can count on Vic and Marvin to get me in and with plenty of time to enjoy my food and lunch break. Highly recommend place in the local East Point area for anyone who lives here or visiting.“

“I called and spoke with the manager. His name is Anthony and he was great! However, when I went into Marco’s, Anthony was out on a delivery. When I attempted to place my gluten free pizza order I was told I could not be accommodated. When I asked for the manager, the gentleman explained that he was out on delivery, so I decided to wait for his return.Thankfully, Anthony returned within 15 minutes. He prepared my order in time for the Super Bowl festivities and the gluten free pepperoni pizza was perfect.Anthony made my order in a separate area, used clean utensils and cookware, and there was no cross contamination.I only wish the staff were more informed and prepared to assist in cases like mine.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac.“
“I have been eating at Marcos for years, but this was my first time eating at this location. When I tell you that pizza was the best I ever had. I don’t know who was the cook/chef last night but they did their thang thang!!!! The pizza looked sooooo good!! Which is why I pinched a piece off to taste it! Sorry the evidence has been disposed of or I would have taken a pic! Lol…. My son and I pulled over and ate the pizza and the wings. It was fresh and perfect. I live 40 mins or so away, but I’m already planning my trip back!!! Kudos to the team last night!!!!“
“Online ordering is easy. Pick up is easy. Mushroom and black olives, my son's favorite, is very tasty. The extra large we always get is left over which heats up deliciously in less than 10 minutes in the bake setting of my toaster oven.“
