Do you like hair in your pizza? Get Marco’s! Not just one hair but TWO!!! We quit even trying to eat dinner after that. I assume there was more, but when you find two on opposite sides of the pizza!
I placed an order online and received a time for pickup. However, when I arrived, the store was not open. It would be very helpful to receive an automatic response when issues arise to affect my orders. This was at Marco’s on Glenwood Ave SE.
Spotty service at best. Online order placed, no update, no phone answer. Sometimes they don't even have drivers but don't tell you that.

The food at Marco’s Pizza ghost kitchen is great and fresh. The pizza arrived hot, crispy crust, rich sauce, generous toppings and felt insanely delicious. The staff is helpful and kind and the concept is completely dysfunctional. Delivery from the marcos app may not arrive or will arrive hours late and delivery on the Doordash app may get a driver assigned. Pick‑up may take several phone calls and there may be no one at the counter. The restaurant is still favorite place for super fresh food but the ghost kitchen concept really needs to be re‑considered.
