“The food was quite delicious. However, the grits were somewhat cold upon first arrival. I was about to ask for them to be reheated, but the waitress asked if I wanted them reheated before I had the chance. It’s as if she knew they were cold. Otherwise, she was very helpful and attentive.“
“Wife and I had a pancake craving at 2am and this was the closest IHOP open to us. Josue took wonderful care of us and Kayla was rocking it back in the kitchen. “The pancakes are great! The water tasted awful though. This location desperately needs some kind of water filter. Something is definitely off with their water.

They have plenty of parking at this location. This location is in the parking lot of the Walmart on Johnson ferry Road. The coffee was just OK and all they had available. Were those little half-and-half cups that are not fresh.
