“From the minute we walked in, everyone was a pleasure, especially the owner Nash. Super friendly, funny, and genuinely welcoming. He was walking around checking on everyone, and you could tell the staff was happy to be there too. The food came out quick and everything was prompt. Honestly, it brought back memories of when I was younger and customer service actually mattered. The IHOP location on Panola really needs to take notes because their customer service is horrible. It takes nothing to be kind, and this location gets it right.“
“I come to this IHOP often because it’s right by my house but today we had Jamilah and her service was by far the best . Not just to us but to everyone in our section . From checking on us and keeping refills going to being so gracious with children it was such a pleasure. There really isn’t service like this anywhere. Come in ask for her and you won’t be disappointed.“
