We always had a enjoy ihop in Vernon hill last time we went the waitress name Ramon was very attentive and respectful with taking our order absolutely recommended
I just left this IHOP about an hour ago. And I hear the manager I think her name is Anna back there yelling and screaming at the top of her lungs at the employees. She's yelling at them like they are her kids. She's yelling they are doing nothing right and she's going to send every last one of y'all home today. She was yelling so loud I could hear her while I was eating my food. That is so disrespectful to talk to adults that way.

We gave this experience two stars instead of one star because the waitress was multitasking and trying her best under difficult circumstances. We arrived at ten-thirty in the morning and encountered significant delays because the server was also the cook and cashier. This overworked waitress led to her severely poor performance, with other customers walking out due to the long wait. IHOP is a popular restaurant with a good first-time experience. The atmosphere is clean and calm. The food came out in a reasonable time and was hot, ranging from excellent to mediocre. On busy days, there may be a wait, but the service can be very kind, pleasant and attentive. Servers check on guests regularly and graciously address issues with food, correcting any mistakes without issue and with a good customer service demeanor. The staff is wonderful, super friendly, and has an upbeat personality, providing good service that should be highlighted. Despite some mixed results, the restaurant remains a popular destination for breakfast and brunch.
