12 noon.. maybe 12 customers. Our waiter had 2 tables including us and still didn't bring silverware or napkins.. management isn't any better. I ask one of the waiters to speak with her, 10 mind later, NO MANAGER.. still a good establishment though but I wouldn't come back to this location.
Enjoyed a evening out with the family, service was great, food great, atmosphere good.
The booth was sticky, moved to another sticky booth! Table was dirty or sticky, seemed like the bar area got extremely fast service people came in 15 to 20 minutes after we came in and they was eating, I tipped my waitress well definitely not their fault. I stopped going to Applebee’s 15 years ago. I guess wanted to go here. I was very reluctant. My guest informed me the one on Memorial Drive is better. Not sure if I will ever try Applebee’s again.
