IHOP Panola Road – Great Servers, but Front-of-House Customer Service Needs Improvement
When I first walked into the IHOP on Panola Road, I was not greeted or acknowledged. A young lady who I believe was named Amber was talking with another young female at the register and appeared to be showing her how to do something.
