Missing food just not good anymore

Ordered the 2x2x2 + Bowl of Grits. Everything was Cold except the Grits and Coffee.Why am I still here after such a simple order. 2 hours.
When I went it was in the middle of the week the service was good. The food was fresh and service was fast. The waiter was attentive and came back repeated to ask if we had everything we needed. I had no complaints regarding the service, but to those who do have any difficult you need to complain to there corporate headquarters whether by phone, email or letter if you want better service. If you simple choose not to return the service will never improve and eventually the resturant may close, then the community will complain regarding having no restaurants in your area. Please voice your complaint if you want improved service.××××××××××UPDATE××××××××××××××××××This location was recently in the news for scoring a 62 on the health inspection. So please be aware. Till they come up to code they are on notice.Update again***** Feb 2024****I was happy with the service the waitress was friendly and her service was fast and through. I got the French toast cinnamon apple rooty rooty special. The food was fresh and tasted great. The atmosphere was clam and pleasant. The tables were clean and so was the benches, the lighting could be improved because it was dim inside but I was happy the service improved so much from the last time I came to eatParking: The parking is both front and rear

Ate here and it’s always a hit or miss with service… more misses than hits!!! I love the food and I hope you get better servers that care about all their tables not just the ones they feel will tip them better… I was definitely going to leave a good one I used to be a server so I know what good service looks and feels like!!!Vegetarian options: Vegan sausage | buger both are deliciousParking: It has more than enough parkingKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly
