“Good food, service, & atmosphere 😋😋😋“

“Best southern homemade breakfast I’ve had in Atlanta. Even if it is only takeout! I cannot come to Atlanta without eating here!

Warning: It’s not a beautiful space. It looks completely old and run down. They stopped seating customers during Covid and never looked back. (I guess we’re too much work 😅). Truly ghost town looking building.

But damn if it don’t hit my “I need some good grits and bacon” itch every single time!
Eggs, grits (both with or without cheese) Bacon, sausage patties, sausage links, ham, country fried steak, delicious pancakes, biscuits… I don’t remember it all. You can have a plate of food or just order a meat of your choice with biscuit to go. The only missing piece on their menu is fried fish.

The drive-through line was long - on a Thursday at 10 am. So I parked and walked in. There are a few chairs to sit in as you wait. The service is competent. Not particularly friendly but not at all rude. Just handling business. They busy y’all!

So why doesn’t the business invest in their building? Why is the sign so sun burned and the chairs look like they came from some back room in granny’s church? It’s not like they are hurting for business. They have folks wrapped round the drive-thru. Work trucks on idle waiting to get their fix.

Oh! Check my receipt again. $8.57 for decadent cheese grits, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and a biscuit. So …. they haven’t raised prices to ridiculous amounts under the guise of “inflation” like everybody else! ? That must be why! I won’t complaint. I’ll skip the long line, order at the counter, happily get my southern comfort breakfast in a styrofoam box, and hit the road. Every time. Granny’s good good, southern breakfast!“

“When it comes to this location, very clean respectful and caring atmosphere and that speaks volumes. There is this one server Sage she stands out her smile says she is here to work and give good service.. Love love love this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ second visit here, and the bathroom very clean“

“Conyers, GA - you need this place! We (6 adults and two children) ordered takeout for dinner. It was a long and complicated order. From taking the order to executing it, the service was great. When we picked up, Jersom (sp?), an owner, personally and patiently went through the whole order with us to make sure it was perfect. It was. Then we saw the home-baked cakes on the counter. We had to have a slice. The carrot cake was awesome, and I'm sure the other two were awesome as well. And the food. Every person, down to the kids, loved what they got and we only wished we could go back soon. But we were travelling and leaving the next day. The menu was amazing - simply something for every taste and want. This restaurant has it all, and needs to be supported. We don't even live there, so it's saying something for us to leave this review when we can't even go back to enjoy this gem ourselves!!“

“the burgers are overly salty and I’ve ordered five of them for our household and they were all so salty you could barely eat it. Two days later ordered a few different things not burgers and the hashbrowns were soggy and the toast was burnt and not buttered. please check your food if you have a to go order before you leave. In the last 2 to 3 months I’ve ordered I guess about six times and every time it’s not been right! the waffles- how could you go wrong well let me tell you they sprinkled three or four peanut butter chips on top of it but charge me full price for it I ordered a peanut butter waffle. And not only I ordered a double one and they charge me for two singles. Just check your receipt check your food before you leave and if you’re eating there check everything just went again on Christmas 12/25/25 three years later try to give another shot and they’re still terrible“

I was just picking up an order, but stood waiting and takeout attendant (- new young pleasant man) was clearly busy. Staff walked past trying to complete whatever they were doing, but the COOK HERSELF who was clearly VERY BUSY stopped for a moment and greeted me and handed me my already ready bag. Kudos to her. “This is one of the best waffle houses I've been to. Other than being a little slow(but can you really complain when it's made to order? Not really) everything was cooked well. Best waffles I've had at a waffle house! No need to ask for anything well done as they already do it! Group of 7 fed and out the door in an hour, with tip included for under $100! The new fiesta bowl was delicious!“

“After leaving The plasma facility this afternoon me and my fiance decided to eat here before heading home - food was delicious - and Ben our server was very attentive - upon paying for our meal I passed out and was awoken by my fiance and ben - God put people in your life at the right time ?? - He made sure I was ok - Made sure I didn't need ambulance help and was fine to walk out to door on my own - provided me with cool towels and cold water - Keep me alert and reassuring me that I was going to be alright
