“I eat at this waffle house every Saturday and every time I come the customer service is outstanding, my order has never been wrong, and it's good. There is a young lady named Miriam that is exceptional. She always is so helpful, kind and has great energy. I will continue to have breakfast here on Saturday morning.“
“I will pass 100 waffle houses to get to this one with Ms Tierra as my server!! She is ALWAYS a warm welcoming when we enter the door and my friends and business associates know to meet me there!!! Please know that she is the epitome of first class, friendly and caring service and as long as she is there I (and my friends) will continue go out our way to eat at this restaurant!!!!UPDATE!!!! I returned to this location when It was raining and the place was FULL instead of going to another location (once we saw my favorite waitress) we decided to STAY!! “Auvion was helpful with placing our to go order for our family. She was respectful on the phone and was patient with us even when making an add on order when we got there. There was a few mistakes from what she wrote down and what was given to us , but she fixed them immediately and we were on our way. “When I went it was in the middle of the week the service was good. The food was fresh and service was fast. The waiter was attentive and came back repeated to ask if we had everything we needed. I had no complaints regarding the service, but to those who do have any difficult you need to complain to there corporate headquarters whether by phone, email or letter if you want better service. If you simple choose not to return the service will never improve and eventually the resturant may close, then the community will complain regarding having no restaurants in your area. “The only problem I encounter was the pricing. Some order takers charge different prices than others. So, I decided to check the system. I kept all my previous receipts, from the exact same order and each time the price was different. Please be aware of the over charging when adding items into your orders. Like sausage or bacon!“
“Local "mom and pop" type restaurant that I enjoyed. It had my namesake so I had to try it out! It feels very homely inside and they have a "regular" crowd and following. I heard customers being called by their names and their orders already being known. I sat in the corner and observed and I felt at ease. The food came out hot and plentiful. The biscuit was soft and melted in my mouth. It definitely tasted homemade. I did add salt and pepper to my omelet and that's OK; I get it. The grits were hot and were not stiff or too runny. I think I added a little salt and that was perfectly fine too. I'd definitely go back. There's not a lot of seating so be prepared to do take-out.“
“I’ve been here several times now and I can say it’s good. Usually quick seating but the weekend can be a bit of a wait. The food comes out fast. The seasonal beignets are soo good, the peach is my favorite! Last time we got the fried shrimp and fries(very good) and the eggs Benedict(not a fan of the hollandaise). Good service. “Just went today and OMG haven’t been here in years and it was just as delicious as it was before. The prices are super reasonable and they give you a lot of food. The staff was nice and it didn’t take long for my food at all. I should have taken pics lol but I dug into the food. I had a breakfast bowl with sausage and extra eggs with cheese and a sausage egg and cheese quesadillas and all of that was 10.80 you can’t beat that especially these days and the food was great. I wanna go back tomorrow lol“
“Food 5/5 Home cooking at its best. Rather it be the country breakfast options or the daily lunch specials. Mamies does not disappoint. Not many healthy options but if you come here you're not looking for them. Service 4/5 Southern Hospitality when you walk up to order is what is given and what should. E expected.
