About Coaxum's Low Country Cuisine

Coaxum's Low Country Cuisine offers a great ambiance and live band entertainment. The fried catfish, greens, mac & cheese, and peach Texas margarita were delightful. The recently updated menu has added delicious options, and the sweet potato soufflé has received praise for being yummy. The service is smooth, with attentive and personable staff like Shiann, who is noted for her professionalism and top-tier personality. While some found the food to be just okay, others praised delectable dishes like oysters rockefeller, Cajun shrimp pasta, and the must-try peach cobbler, described as buttery, crispy, and served hot with ice cream. The food remains consistently enjoyable, and the live music creates a lively, laid-back vibe. The bar offers great drink options, including the tasty Heavy Hitter cocktail. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a flavorful meal and enjoyable evening. Recent guests have appreciated the friendly service and the entertainment, making it a popular spot for celebrations and casual nights out. Despite occasional wait times, visitors often express eagerness to return, highlighting the restaurant's warm environment and tasty dishes.

Great Food & Music on the Southeast Side of Town!

This is my favorite spot on the southeast side of town. This family owned restaurant provides an excellent night of entertainment with good food! It's always a nice experience. By the way, the restaurant is OPEN, so I'm not sure why the post in 2024 stated that it was closing. Please go an support this an amazing small business!

I have been to this establishment numerous times! The food is delicious, especially the macaroni and shrimp n grits! I enjoy the live entertainment from Eshante & The Experience and Upgrade Atl bands, and singer Sara Lesol who all frequent there. There's nothing like supporting independently minority-owned restaurants. Please KEEP SUPPORTING!

It was a very nice Atmosphere and the food was Delicious. Me my good friend had dinner there just now. Excellent service. Thanks Tiara !
