“Such a cute place! Kam was so friendly! She welcomed us right in and showed us all the cupcake building options. My kids were delighted. She offered for them to taste any of the frostings as well and was present the whole time with wonderful customer service! We had a warm greeting from the owner herself too and just loved the welcoming atmosphere. It was a fun stop on our Spring Break. We will definitely be back!”

“Conyers, GA - you need this place! We (6 adults and two children) ordered takeout for dinner. It was a long and complicated order. From taking the order to executing it, the service was great. When we picked up, Jersom (sp?), an owner, personally and patiently went through the whole order with us to make sure it was perfect. It was. Then we saw the home-baked cakes on the counter. We had to have a slice. The carrot cake was awesome, and I'm sure the other two were awesome as well. And the food. Every person, down to the kids, loved what they got and we only wished we could go back soon. But we were travelling and leaving the next day. The menu was amazing - simply something for every taste and want. This restaurant has it all, and needs to be supported. We don't even live there, so it's saying something for us to leave this review when we can't even go back to enjoy this gem ourselves!!”

I would definitely recommend this place . Only slight complain ... I ordered several different 6 count of wings after Thanksgiving . I live in Dallas Ga . Karen’s is located in Lithonia . 1 hour 20 minutes away but it’s worth it . Well now that they’re super busy with corporate accounts 2 of our orders were shorted one wing each. Issue was when we brought it to their attention the next day as it was too far to drive back the same night .....the young lady who takes the call in orders said they were aware one order was short ONE wing when they were cleaning out the fryer but denied that it was 2 missing wings ....only one was missing ?!?!? Well why weren’t we made aware or discounted of they also when they caught their error . Instead we were told that they have orders and are too busy . The lobby was full of people waiting on their food and we were told because we had an issue with “ yesterdays “ order they weren’t accepting anymore orders that night . Yet we were the only ones denied service. Who would complain about 2 missing wings ?!?! Somebody whose driven over an hour to get them!!! I have been a loyal patron of this place for over a decade. That situation sucked and worse that they didn’t rectify it correctly or at all . I still love the food tho ! Customer service is as important as delicious food !”

Two days later ordered a few different things not burgers and the hashbrowns were soggy and the toast was burnt and not buttered. please check your food if you have a to go order before you leave. In the last 2 to 3 months I’ve ordered I guess about six times and every time it’s not been right! the waffles- how could you go wrong well let me tell you they sprinkled three or four peanut butter chips on top of it but charge me full price for it I ordered a peanut butter waffle. And not only I ordered a double one and they charge me for two singles. Just check your receipt check your food before you leave and if you’re eating there check everything just went again on Christmas 12/25/25 three years later try to give another shot and they’re still terrible”

The owner and all the bartenders are on point. The service is consistently wonderful. Trivia night on Wednesday and Friday’s karaoke night it’s always exciting especially with their favorite bartenders who also voluntarily sing. Katie is phenomenal and Kelly is is so bubbly and outgoing. I love them singing to these country songs. Hunter is one of the best cooks in the kitchen she can definitely throw it down. “Y’all, I went to the Chili’s in Conyers. I saw an ad for their 3 for Me value meal. I got the Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries, chips & salsa and tea for $10.99!! That chicken sandwich was huge. It was one big chicken breast on a delicious bun. It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had (and those pickles!). The sandwich was hot, the delicious fries were hot and even the chips were warm. That Arnold Palmer I had to drink was on point. I have not been to Chili’s in years. That’s about to change. The server was very sweet too. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly shocked.”

“Great Valentine's Day lunch this afternoon with plenty of delicious food. Cydney provided great customer service as soon as we entered the restaurant so we decided to take a seat at a booth to enjoy our meal. I ordered the chicken with fried rice/veggies while my husband had white rice/veggies with the combo of steak, chicken and shrimp. The portion sizes....huge and our rice was plated in the shape of hearts - so cute! The decor is inviting and we enjoyed the relaxing music as we ate our meal (which didn't take long to be prepared). We had plenty to even bring home our leftovers in the cute take-out bag. Our visit was very pleasant, dining area was spacious, and restrooms were tidy/clean.... we will certainly be back!”

“This was one of the first local taco spots my fiancé and I tried when we moved to the area. We are always happy to support smaller taquerias as those are always our favorite. Although the area is not decorated to let you know there’s tacos there, we just knew from the looks of the truck and the area what we were getting into and we were not disappointed!
The gentlemen working there are always so kind and informative. Their tacos are 10/10! Definitely try the lengua tacos if you have not. I look forward to the weekends as those are the only days they are open. It’s always a treat to look forward to after a long week!”

“I was a tad but skeptical with the restaurant especially since i checked the other replies and because of how late i was ordering the food, but my goodness they did not disappoint. The food is really good, the rice & peas could use a bit more work, but i'll cut them some slack considering how late i ordered. The plantains are good and sweet and the cabbage is good as well. I topped the rice with some oxtail gravy which was pretty good too. Much respect to the owners, keep up the good work !!”
