Absolutely love this place! Have been getting my jerk plate since 2011. I have turned so many people onto this place. Food is delicious . Service is usually really good ! I would definitely recommend this place . Only slight complain ... I ordered several different 6 count of wings after Thanksgiving . I live in Dallas Ga . Karen’s is located in Lithonia . 1 hour 20 minutes away but it’s worth it . Well now that they’re super busy with corporate accounts 2 of our orders...read full review
1st time customer and the customer service was depressing by the associate that assisted me. I wasn't acknowledged when I entered. After a few moments, 2 men walked in the associate greeted ONE by name and another comes from the back and takes the other guy order. I then say I'm here to pick up a call in order.
