“Absolutely love this place! Have been getting my jerk plate since 2011. I have turned so many people onto this place. Food is delicious . Service is usually really good ! I would definitely recommend this place . Only slight complain ... I ordered several different 6 count of wings after Thanksgiving . I live in Dallas Ga . Karen’s is located in Lithonia . 1 hour 20 minutes away but it’s worth it . Well now that they’re super busy with corporate accounts 2 of our orders were shorted one wing each. Issue was when we brought it to their attention the next day as it was too far to drive back the same night .....the young lady who takes the call in orders said they were aware one order was short ONE wing when they were cleaning out the fryer but denied that it was 2 missing wings ....only one was missing ?!?!? Well why weren’t we made aware or discounted of they also when they caught their error . Instead we were told that they have orders and are too busy . The lobby was full of people waiting on their food and we were told because we had an issue with “ yesterdays “ order they weren’t accepting anymore orders that night . Yet we were the only ones denied service. Who would complain about 2 missing wings ?!?! Somebody whose driven over an hour to get them!!! I have been a loyal patron of this place for over a decade. That situation sucked and worse that they didn’t rectify it correctly or at all . I still love the food tho ! Customer service is as important as delicious food !“

“The Rasta Pasta is the best I’ve had ever! The Snapper escovitch is a great choice also. Friendly staff and no long wait time depending.. Overall, highly recommended.“

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! I love, love, love everything about it. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and kind. My son is usually shy, but he lights up and loves interacting with the wonderful lady at the front (you’ll know exactly who she is). Her smile is captivating, and her spirit is truly warm and loving ❤️.

And the food? A major plus! Everything I’ve tried has been beyond delicious. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. I love it!“

“If you're looking for a meal that offers more than just food, this Jamaican restaurant should be on your list. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the sight of a beautiful, smiling face that immediately puts you at ease. The friendly faces behind the counter are happy to help with suggestions on what to try and even let you sample the dishes before you order. I decided to go with the Rasta pasta and jerk chicken, and boy, was I glad I did. The plates were overflowing with deliciousness, and the pasta had just the right amount of touch and love without being over-seasoned. But the show's real star was the Jerk Chicken, which was incredibly tender and juicy. What sets this experience apart is the chill yard vibes of the place, which gives off an authentic Jamaican feeling and adds to the overall experience.“

Oxtail gravy is not oily, it's saucy.

“I had to stop eating to come leave a review. This food is absolutely amazing! The Jerk Chicken Lunch Special is fresh, cooked to perfection, and seasoned beautifully. The cabbage is not overcooked or over seasoned so it pairs well with the chicken. It is moist with enough juices to cover the rice. The Rasta Pasta (Chicken) is equally as delicious and fresh. Most importantly it was not dry. This food was cooked with love, pride and integrity. I will definitely be ordering again“

“The food is delicious, but not enough gravy. I have eaten here on many occasions and tried different foods. The food is pricey though. They charge .65 for extra sauce, in which I think should be a given, especially since the food is expensive to me.“
