“I’ve been going to Escovitch in Snellville for years and I love the food and culture of the restaurant. Decided to try this one out near northlake because it was central to some friends…. Yeah, a bit different in culture at this location. The wait staff was fine and the restaurant actually looks beautiful inside, really but it’s ran like a true Eastside joint unfortunately lol. The music is insanely loud for a Sunday that’s not busy especially, to where you will yell at your friends the entire time, we tried moving our table and telling management to request the DJ just turn it down a little, no dice. The waitress was cool but the food came out moderately hot as it took a long time. We did still tip her well and didn’t argue about the bill. Just something I wanted to let others know going there, the Snellville location isn’t the same poise as its Atlanta location and the music really is insanely loud, you would think the DJ is aware enough to make sure his volume is at conversation level but…. Yeah, just a take from a loyal customer.“

“I’ve patronized them at least 5 times and have NEVER had a problem. Multiple times from Door Dash, one time in person from their store front on Hollywood St, and another time at their food truck near Grady Hospital. I have nevvvvvver had a problem. Of course jerk chicken is everywhere but jerk pork is extremely hard to find in actual Atlanta. You typically have to go to Stone Mountain, Covington, etc to find it. I’m so glad to find jerk pork AND jerk ribs right here in Atlanta. It is so darn good! Thank you so much Chef Andrew! I will continue to support.“
