“Delicious authentic Jamaican food! The brown stew chicken is amazing! Definitely our favorite. We did the pick 2 chicken plates with rice and peas and plantains and added on drinks. My order was incorrect but still good. I was given the bbq chicken instead of brown stew. The bbq doesn’t have any sauce it’s really more so grilled so barbecued in that way. Not a lot of flavor but well executed for that. The curry was flavorful and they mixed the rice and peas with the gravy. The jerk had a little kick to it and the second plate had gravy from the brown stew which made the rice and peas sweet. They sold out of beef patties but the chicken patty was tasty. We will definitely be back for the brown stew chicken and to try more options.“
“This was my first time at this restaurant. I don't live in the area, so this was a recommendation from a friend. I was out with my sister for her birthday. The service was great! The wait staff was very attentive, and the food came out fast! They have a robot waiter, which was really cool. The robot waiter delivered the food and beverages to the tables. It was also accompanied by a person to ensure smooth service. The food was good. The callaloo was the only thing that was not the greatest for me. It was chopped up one time, too many, which made it mushy, and it was dry. Somehow, it tasted better when I reheated it the next day??♀️Now I don't know WHO made their cornbread, but, MY GOD, TUHDAY!! It was so light, fluffy, and moist! And they didn't overdo it with the actual corn kernels in it.Overall, it was a great experience.Parking: It's located in a shopping plaza just around the corner from Perimeter Mall. There's more than enough parkingKid-friendliness: They have high chairs available, and the atmosphere is very chill. Music isn't loud at all.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp right in front of the restaurant, just to the left of the door as you're entering. It's spacious inside, so it would be easy to maneuver. Although, one would have to contend with the robot that delivers the food.“
“When I worked in the area I ate at this restaurant all the time.On my way to a friend’s house I passed by (going to a party that had food) I stopped with my friend and spent 80$ for our food! Met the owner who’s has one of the best personalities…. Long story short as I write this review I’m on my way back. The food is very delicious ??“
“I’ve been looking for a good Caribbean restaurant in the ATL for a while. The food was good and service was spot on! I told the server it was first time and she explained that a plate came with a meat and two sides and the plantain came with dinner. I had jerk salmon, kale, with rice and peas. Awesome flavors. The plantain was NOT sweet but I will be back.“
“I ordered here once a few years back and couldn’t remember if I enjoyed it so I stopped by again yesterday. I ordered a small jerk chicken, I wanted a beef patty but they were out. The jerk plate was good, food was fresh, I asked for just rice and meat but they gave me cabbage and plantain as well (it was tasty but I didn’t eat cause I didn’t want it). The chicken and rice & peas were so good; I wish they gave a little more rice, but they meat was plentiful. Customer service wasn’t friendly but they weren’t disrespectful or rude to me, and although there was a bit of a crowd as I came in, I was served quickly and out the door. Oh just a heads up, it’s 27 cent for extra jerk sauce (for anyone who likes a lot of sauce for their meat). Will be returning for the food for sure.“
“The food was pretty good. My favorite was the Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta seasoning was on point! We also tried the fresh juices, they were very refreshing and delicious?. Fruit Punch & Pineapple Ginger both flavors were bomb?If you’re ever in the area go check them out!“
“I only come for the oxtails so i can’t speak on anything else . Food is great , portions are great , pricing is a little high , as for service the lady is very short and not friendly at all . I usually come once a week & for the first time she said something other than “ hello & rice & peas ? And cabbage ? “ which was her asking me if i can cook bc i come alot ? which was hilarious to me . But food is top tier ?“
“Amazing ?!!!!!!!!!! The food was so good and well cooked !!!! The jerk chicken , the curry chicken , the oxtail were on point!! Listen here !!! A must go … i finally found a Jamaican spot that sells good Jamaican food . The chef from Jamaica ?? so he’s definitely cooking from the heart . The Mac and cheese were on point and the plantains. Plus they close at 1am ? oxtail pasta was hitting . Rice and peas were just right . Go check them out“
