“Walked in and was greeted with a smile. The restaurant had good music playing in the background. The food delicious, freakin delicious!!!! Not spicy at all, added hot sauce for a kick. I end up getting macaroni and cheese, rasta pasta chicken, and rasta pasta shrimp. I wanted the collard greens, but they didn't have any more left. I went around 8pm and they close at 10pm So worth the 55 min drive there and back.“

“Hidden Gem for Jamaican Food in Georgia! Great value good food
This place offers the best prices for lunch specials in the entire state of Georgia, and to top it off, the flavor competes with restaurants that charge much higher prices. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is always kind and helpful. I truly feel like this spot is underrated. They take great pride in their craft while also contributing to the local community and economy. This has become our go-to Jamaican place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful meals at unbeatable prices.“

“The music playing outside of the restaurant is what originally caught my attention. I love reggae music. I then looked online to see what options were available and the food looked amazing. I am vegan, so I was extremely excited to see a vegan option on the menu. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile and assisted by the nice gentleman behind the counter. I ordered the coconut curried chickpea plate with rice and peas (I requested jerk sauce on my rice), veggies and plantain. All I can say is that the chef did not miss! Very tasty food. I will be back.“

“I enjoyed my meal overall but wanted to leave a review here since for whatever reason ubereats would allow me to rate my order.I wanted to give this order 5 stars because overall I really did enjoy my meal but there just a few things preventing me from doing so.I ordered the spaghetti it’s a TASTY and HUGE portion of food. But my garlic bread was very BURNT. So burnt I’m surprised they thought it was fit to serve. The salmon with rice and salad was good! You get a ton of Haitian rice. I never had it before but really enjoyed it. Although the rice had a slightly burnt taste to it. Like the rice itself wasn’t burnt but maybe the bottom of the pot was. But it was still edible and well seasoned but the burnt after taste does linger. Also, they forgot to include my plantains.Lastly, I ordered what was labeled “Haitian Kola” on Uber eats thinking it was some sort of fancy Hatian cultural soda and was really excited to try a new drink but it turned out to be regular old fashioned coke. I was a bit disappointed and had I known it was regular Coke I would not have ordered it.Overall the items that bothered me weren’t enough to write this place off completely. Everyone has off days so I will try it again. But next time I’ll try it in person instead of ubereats.Like I said great taste and HUGE portions. Will give them another try.“

“I got Grubhub.com they called me to confirm my order make sure I knew of the changes. Absolutely polite. I appreciate them for just answering the phone because GA’s not known for it. My good was delicious. I’d like the brown stew to have a little more sauce, however my oxtails did not disappoint!!!! The sweet potatoes were a nice touch in so accustomed to plantains I like the switch up. I do wish the Jamaican cream vanilla soft drink was available on all menus!!!!
Thank you all for great service and even better food“

“While in town visiting family, I did a search online for ackee & salt fish. This is one that popped up. Didn’t know we would get freshly prepared meals by Rudolph??. Apparently, he recognized our royalty??. We enjoyed our time there and just about shut the restaurant down.
Parking: A shopping center with plenty of free parking.“

“They have the best patties and bread in the state of Georgia. And, a lot of Jamaican restaurants actually buy the patties from here for their establishment. This has been a staple for me and I’ve been going her for years. I did try the chicken soup the other day and I wasn’t impressed. The staff is pretty friendly especially the guy.“

“The food was worth the wait! Good and fresh food requires patience. We ordered the chicken meals with rice and peas. Took awhile to order just because they were trying to catch up on prior orders. Once we did order, our food took about 20mins. Everything was cooked well and we look forward to coming back“

“Hands down the best and most authentic food you will find in Georgia. I have been to a few places but this one definitely is on top of all others. I make the 45 minute drive here at least once a week because the food is that good. Signed: A jamaican“

“I love the authenticity of how Dellia makes her jerk. She makes it in a jerk pit and so you're tasting as close to jerk that you would find in Boston, Jamaica. Her secret sauce is great too. My only wish is that either the sauce or the meat was spicer and this probably isn't so because she's trying to appeal to everyone's palate. Great experience all the time I've been there.“

“I was at Bruster's one day and they had the grill outside going. Had everyone at Bruster's damn near peeking around the corner to find out where that good smell was coming from. On a different day I actually stopped in and got a jerk chicken plate. The food was good but I expected it to be really good. It wasn't bad or anything at all it was decent. It just hurts my feelings I was expecting a dance party in my mouth and didn't get that“

“Great authentic jamaican food. Staff is great and the owner is friendly. However, their portions got smaller. For the amount they charge for extra oxtail's, Banana Tree restaurant on Redan gives you double the amount of whole oxtails on a large plate with plantains. The food is good, but the portions are much smaller, including smaller amounts of rice.“

“This curry chicken is soo good. The peas and rice with curry is the bomb, meal in itself. I got my wife the brown stew chicken, which she loves. My first time trying a side of cabbage and salt fish, OMG! I usually treat myself to a side of calaloo and salt fish. Check out Jamrock on Metropolitan. Great Jamaican food. Lol, no cow cod soup or mannish water.“
