“I had to stop eating to come leave a review. This food is absolutely amazing! The Jerk Chicken Lunch Special is fresh, cooked to perfection, and seasoned beautifully. The cabbage is not overcooked or over seasoned so it pairs well with the chicken. It is moist with enough juices to cover the rice. The Rasta Pasta (Chicken) is equally as delicious and fresh. Most importantly it was not dry. This food was cooked with love, pride and integrity. I will definitely be ordering again“

“We were visiting from Florida. Loved the music it was definitely on point! Kept us singing dancing 💃🏽 🎶 The food was flavourful and great menu. Cocktails were great. I had the rum punch and I was pleasantly surprised. As my daddy's Rum Punch is always my top pick 😋 I will most definitely be returning.“

“Had lunch here today and it was amazing ! The Mac & Cheese was fabulous and the staff is very attentive. The chocolate chip cookies are like no other I’ve ever tasted ! They’re open Fri, Sat & Sun this week and adding Thursday next week. A fabulous addition to the Alpharetta food scene for sure! The patio is beautiful too. Highly recommend!“

“I ordered a small chicken soup and immediately regretted not getting the extra extra large. It was that good. I was literally dancing while eating it 😂 I’ve never had soup like this before and I already can’t wait to go back. Plus, the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, made the whole experience even better.“

“First time here. Usually I’ll go to a Jamaican/Caribbean restaurant, and the pans be all burned, food doesn’t look appetizing, and I’ll be scared to eat it. But Suncity has proved me wrong. Very clean, wonderful staff, and even thru this COVID mess, it wasn’t a long wait. Food was seasoned perfectly, and it was awesome (even my toddlers enjoyed it And even ate their veggies), great portions. Love Love Love!!! I’ll Be Back.... 💕💕💕💕💕😋😋😋“

“Worth the hour+ drive to get my Jamaican food and supplies.
Delightful baked goods, prepared on site. The only place where I can get specific Jamaican canned goods and beverages.
It's a bakery, not really a restaurant, although there are a few tables inside. I went to stock up on makes goods and a few grocery items.

“I had a wonderful Bahamian server who was especially kind as she took my order. We ordered oxtail pasta and I took advantage of the crab leg special. The dishes were amazing! They even give you gloves for the mess you are going to make. I will need a plastic bib for the next time I go with crab legs simply because they are so good but make a MESS! I'll definitely be back soon. Great job.“

“It’s always service with a smile and the food is OUTSTANDING. From the jerk chicken and ribs to the curry chicken. The Mac and cheese is so good it made me cry a little! “I LOOOOOVEEEE THEIR FOOD! The jerk chicken is absolutely AMAZING! ITS THE BEST JERK IVE EVER HAD! The flavors will make your taste buds explode! I've been eating from here for the last 3 years and I've never been disappointed! The owners are always nice and the patties and plantains are delicious! These people have the BEST sweet plantains, I've been to other places and nothing compares!
Also the prices and portions are beyond reasonable. I normally eat off of my plate for atleast 2 days!“

The ginger-pineapple drink was SO REFRESHING! It tickles and sparkles ✨ ♥ I'm addicted. I'm about to go back and buy extra for my drive home.
The oxtail was sublime😍 Falls off the bone! Perfectly complemented by cabbage and plantains-- All seasoned and cooked perfectly, on a bed of rice that absorbs the broth.
We finished it off with the rum cake; OMG DON'T SKIP THE RUM CAKE! Sticky, sweet, spicy rum cake. A slice of heaven! Go here!“

“The food was worth the wait! Good and fresh food requires patience. We ordered the chicken meals with rice and peas. Took awhile to order just because they were trying to catch up on prior orders. Once we did order, our food took about 20mins. Everything was cooked well and we look forward to coming back“
