Back in 2012, I discovered All Island Cafe and their jerk chicken and oxtails. I loved it so much that I moved to Stone Mountain and lived there for 3 years just so I could enjoy the food. 😂

Since then, I've lived in 6 different states in the USA and even spent half a year in Jamaica. And still, even after moving to this new location, you truly have the best oxtails.

“First time here and food is delicious and authentic!
I’m very picky about Jamaican food/restaurants and this place doesn’t disappoint on the flavors.

I always go basic with my first order, white rice with various gravy to see if their flavors are legit before investing into a whole plate with meat or veggies I may not like. Curry chicken, oxtail, brown stew, and jerk sauce were all delicious over plain rice which means their quality is alright with me.“

“It’s always service with a smile and the food is OUTSTANDING. From the jerk chicken and ribs to the curry chicken. The Mac and cheese is so good it made me cry a little! But seriously, this lil mom’s and pops place is the best. I discovered it by chance and it hasn’t not disappointed yet. Thanks for the good food!“

“I enjoyed my meal overall but wanted to leave a review here since for whatever reason ubereats would allow me to rate my order.I wanted to give this order 5 stars because overall I really did enjoy my meal but there just a few things preventing me from doing so.I ordered the spaghetti it’s a TASTY and HUGE portion of food. But my garlic bread was very BURNT. So burnt I’m surprised they thought it was fit to serve.The salmon with rice and salad was good! You get a ton of Haitian rice. I never had it before but really enjoyed it. Although the rice had a slightly burnt taste to it. Like the rice itself wasn’t burnt but maybe the bottom of the pot was. But it was still edible and well seasoned but the burnt after taste does linger. Also, they forgot to include my plantains.Lastly, I ordered what was labeled “Haitian Kola” on Uber eats thinking it was some sort of fancy Hatian cultural soda and was really excited to try a new drink but it turned out to be regular old fashioned coke. I was a bit disappointed and had I known it was regular Coke I would not have ordered it.Overall the items that bothered me weren’t enough to write this place off completely. Everyone has off days so I will try it again. But next time I’ll try it in person instead of ubereats.Like I said great taste and HUGE portions. Will give them another try.“

The ginger-pineapple drink was SO REFRESHING! It tickles and sparkles ✨ ♥ I'm addicted. I'm about to go back and buy extra for my drive home.

The oxtail was sublime😍 Falls off the bone! Perfectly complemented by cabbage and plantains-- All seasoned and cooked perfectly, on a bed of rice that absorbs the broth.

We finished it off with the rum cake; OMG DON'T SKIP THE RUM CAKE! Sticky, sweet, spicy rum cake. A slice of heaven! Go here!“

“Idk why all the low reviews. They give great portions, the mac n cheese is the best around the Eastside, an the oxtail sandwich is one of a kind. An everybody knows this. Maybe a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The food is good.“

“This is HANDS DOWN, the best jerk pork I have had so far in Atlanta, (had to get a beer to wash it down with as it was calling a for company). That's a BIG statement for me. Took me to 'Scotchies' in Montego Bay, if u know u know. The flavors are savory and spicy. tastes like my pork was seasoned for atleast 2 weeks. And the authentic smoky flavor profile was very patriotic.
Atmosphere is ok, smaller scale.. larger dining space tho (if you choose to dine in) I will recommend if the owner chooses to upgrade the space it will only add the value. This is a HIDDEN GEM. Try them out. Owned by a Jamaican Woman. 🇯🇲 She is representing“

“Ok so I was searching google to find a tasty Jamaican restaurant in Decatur because it's more filling and tastier than fast food! I found C&B. They have 4.2 on google which isn't bad. I order the j*** tacos and fries!! So the tacos have Cilantro (which I love) cheese, onions and tomatoes! I also had a beef pattie and a pineapple drink (non carbonated which I appreciated too!). The taste of the tacos was pretty tasty way better than I expected and my french fries was cooked to perfection however the food was too salty!! Too much salt! I had to stop short of eating that last taco and fries because of the salt. I recommend using sea salt instead of regular table salt. My drink was good. It gets pretty busy here, so when you order, expect to wait because they are constantly cooking everything fresh to order! The owner and her family are very sweet people so please be patient with them if your order isn't ready in 10 minutes!“
