I truly love Spice It Up! 😍🔥 My absolute favorite meal is the Jerk Chicken Wings with Cabbage and Mac & Cheese. The wings are packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and always cooked just right. The cabbage and mac & cheese are the perfect sides to complete the meal!

Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the quality is always consistent. They’re definitely a 10/10 in my book, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and amazing flavor! 🍗🧀👏🏾😋✨🔥

“I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

I’m very picky about Jamaican food/restaurants and this place doesn’t disappoint on the flavors.

I always go basic with my first order, white rice with various gravy to see if their flavors are legit before investing into a whole plate with meat or veggies I may not like. Curry chicken, oxtail, brown stew, and jerk sauce were all delicious over plain rice which means their quality is alright with me.“

She explained the food in detail and took good care of us. The atmosphere is very unique and the selection of music is very diverse and set at a good tone. It’s a mixture of r&b, hip hop, and Afro beats. I would definitely check this place out again .“

“I discovered M&J last month. I ordered the island breeze chicken that first time with the plantains. I was hooked! I’ve been back and have tried the peanut coconut chicken, curried chick peas (my wifes favorite). The flavors are amazing! The portions are huge! great for growing boys. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. It’s on regualar rotation for dinner out for the family.“
