“I don’t write reviews often but this place deserves more than a 3.8 stars?! If I could go weekly, I would. The smell in there is absolutely intoxicating and I feel like I literally am in Jamaica when I walk in. Huge portions, consistently ridiculously delicious hot fresh food. Our staple is the jerk chicken with rice and beans a sweet plantains. We order two platters and get at least three meals from it sometimes four depending on if one of us had any self control on night one.“

“The yuca fried was plentiful and delicious. I am not a big fan of the ketchup-mayo dipping sauce it comes with, but another person at the table liked it. The empanadas were tasty and high quality shredded beef inside. The Don Julio margarita I had was strong but not my favorite tbh.The prices here are generally more expensive than going to Papi's Cuban, but Armandos is the only place like this around for a 20 minute drive.“
“This was my first time at this restaurant. I don't live in the area, so this was a recommendation from a friend. I was out with my sister for her birthday. The service was great! The wait staff was very attentive, and the food came out fast! They have a robot waiter, which was really cool. The robot waiter delivered the food and beverages to the tables. It was also accompanied by a person to ensure smooth service. The food was good. The callaloo was the only thing that was not the greatest for me. It was chopped up one time, too many, which made it mushy, and it was dry. Somehow, it tasted better when I reheated it the next day??♀️Now I don't know WHO made their cornbread, but, MY GOD, TUHDAY!! It was so light, fluffy, and moist! And they didn't overdo it with the actual corn kernels in it.Overall, it was a great experience.Parking: It's located in a shopping plaza just around the corner from Perimeter Mall. There's more than enough parkingKid-friendliness: They have high chairs available, and the atmosphere is very chill. Music isn't loud at all.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp right in front of the restaurant, just to the left of the door as you're entering.It's spacious inside, so it would be easy to maneuver. Although, one would have to contend with the robot that delivers the food.“
“Food is really good. Not over spiced or oily. Perfect cross between salt and spices. Establishment was very clean, I didn’t see a spec of anything on the floor. It also SMELLED clean, you can tell they must clean daily. The young man that served me was very kind and generous. I got there an hour before closing so no rice and beans or plantains, but oh my the white rice was SO GOOD. I didn’t know white rice could taste so yummy haha. I got the curry goat and cabbage. Great prices, great portions, and great food. 5/5 for sure. Thank you guys!!!“
“Ordered delivery at 7:45 on a weeknight Jerk chicken: absolutely amazing, best I've had in ages. The spice is just right, tender, large portion, and has that char flavor like it was cooked on an actual grill Cabbage: delicious, very flavorful - peppery but no heat Mac n cheese: very good, my mom would approve Plantains: yummy, good specimen of a standard side Greens: a bit spicy for my taste, wasn't expecting so much heat in greens but that's just my preference - very flavorful even with so much heat Beans & rice: would have liked more beans, but super tasty nevertheless Beef patty: pretty good, would have liked more flavor in the meat tho Curry chicken patty: outstanding! “Three of us went for lunch. We were accommodated an hour earlier than they were scheduled to open. The decor and ambiance was spot on. Andre the waiter was extremely attentive and his suggested appetizer was nothing short of delicious. It included jerked hot wings, Lilly’s little flowers - well seasoned cauliflowers, beef and chicken pates with coco bread. To drink we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean blue lemonade, homemade sorrel and dark and stormy - rum n ginger beer drinks. The side shots of coconut rum were exquisite. Because we were early we were not able to order the curried goat entree which would take longer to prepare, and will have to try that on another visit. My wife had the oxtail and said it was falling off the bone delicious but would have liked a little more fire in the seasoning. Two of us had fish escoviche, but also felt the fish could have had some added fire in the seasoning too. Rum raisin ice cream and bread pudding were our delicious desserts. I would definitely recommend this eatery for fine dining.“
