Wylie & Rum Island Grill is a restaurant with immaculate vibes, great music, and a beautiful atmosphere. The food is full of flavor and comes out perfectly. The jerk chicken is amazing, tender, spiced just right, juicy, and really good. The tiki salmon is smooth, buttery, and delicious with a little sweet sauce. The jerk wings are JUMBO sized and the raspberry sauce on the wings is everything. The rum butter on top of the waffle is out of this world. Meals come with rice, black beans, street corn, pico, and sour cream. The Beach Banana drink is super yummy with the delicious artificial taste of banana. The key lime pie and pineapple upside down bread pudding are shared desserts that come with two spoons. The decor is superkool, laidback, and inviting. A free Street Fighter arcade game keeps kids entertained. The service is exceptional, with sweet and personable staff. A return place that will be highly referred.
