“All around five stars. Bartender served me a lovely peach crown sour, served with some loaded chili tots, now normally I hate chili but on these tater tots, very good. Music was also great and the crowd really vibed well with the musicians creating a wonderful connected atmosphere. Truely an experience that made me understand why bars can be so great.”

“The only place I will go for a relaxing coffee in Covington. The decor and atmosphere lend a serene feel – a soothing oasis during a hectic day! I am a big fan that it is locally owned. Go when weather is nice and enjoy the open doors and fresh air. It took me a few tries to find the coffee I preferred - so don't give up! Parking is not necessarily convenient, but do not let that deter you from such a lovely experience and supporting wonderful people who seized the opportunity to provide our community with coffee beans that are roasted in-house!”

They’re a bit bigger than most street tacos, but that’s not a problem. 2 should be good for most people instead of 3-4 of the normal tiny ones.The fish tacos were also very good.The chunky guacamole, however was very very good, maybe even excellent. It’s almost not mashed at all and yet it was still very enjoyable to eat.We got food to go for 7 and everyone enjoyed it.”

“The swai nuggets were absolutely delicious, so was the pulled pork and barbecue sauce. My only issue was that the pull pork and rib sandwiches only came with one slice of texas toast . A sandwich has 2 slices of bread.”

“Took the fam out for dessert after dinner per usual at Scoops, when we entered the store we noticed a little congestion at the front. Come to find out, another customer had thrown up all over their table, booth and floor. The male Scoops employee (Tall brunette) saved the day and cleaned it all up him self. I’m sure he was more than grossed out but he didn’t display that at all. He was so kind to the lady as well. Scoops has an amazing team of kids working for them… but that boy needs a raise ASAP!! ?”

“My wife and I walked in and felt good vibes right away. We were greeted and told to have a seat anywhere. We sat across from a table of firemen from Covington. Always trust a place where the local first responders go. Other tables had what appeared to be regulars. My wife had a vegetable plate and I had a fried pork chop. The veggies were vintage southern with ham in the beans, etc. Cabbage was about as good as we ever had. The pork chop was lightly fried and tasty. Good iced tea as well. Will be back should we find ourselves in Covington again. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve been here several times now and I can say it’s good. Usually quick seating but the weekend can be a bit of a wait. The food comes out fast. The seasonal beignets are soo good, the peach is my favorite! Last time we got the fried shrimp and fries(very good) and the eggs Benedict(not a fan of the hollandaise). Good service.
