“Passing through Covington and was very happy we decided to have dinner here! For starters, we got the foxy balls which is a really flavorful fish cake, the portions were big and satisfying. We then had their special for a limited time, Suya Beef and Suya Chicken wings. The flavors are on point! Both beef and chicken were seasoned so good, the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. It has an enjoyable heat, perfect amount of spice. Even the cucumbers and plantains were seasoned well, everything on the plate was amazing. They are definitely worth it. The prices are very affordable too considering the quality and the portion you’re getting. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area again! ❤️”

“I came today on my birthday 3-12 And I decided that I wanted to explore the square since I don't get out at all. Saw BAR OSCAR, went inside and immediately staff was on point!!! I seated myself at the bar and started ordering my food!. Bread is delicious, I ordered the meatballs, and the cacio e pepe pasta, a d had a bloody Mary after I finished with my meal. Overall, my experience was amazing. Staff, supper nice and food is really good. I will go back. Had a wonderful birthday being in the square and meeting new people. I highly recommend. “14 Year Anniversary Dinner!!

Such an incredible experience! We got there at 5 o’clock on a Tuesday. It was very slow and it was awesome. We started with the oysters. My husband got the steak with the fingerling potatoes. And I got the crabcakes with a side of the cabbage and apple slaw that came with another entrée and I highly recommend putting those two together! The crab cakes were amazing, do not get me wrong!! They just needed a little extra somethin somethin. The freshness and crunch was amazing! I could eat a huge bowl of just the slaw alone!

From the moment we walked in Gabby was absolutely amazing, The hostess. The sweetest postcard with everyone’s signature on it, and she also put a little of her artwork all over it. So sweet a special.

Chris was an absolutely amazing waiter! A lot of energy and great recommendations for food! He was so excited to gift us complementary champagne as soon as we sat down. We love raw oysters and he was able to Set us up with three different types of oysters. 4 from Virginia, 4 from Florida and 4 from Massachusetts! Perfect way to try different ones from different areas! I will say I missed my saltine crackers, though. Haha.
Jett the Bartender made the BEST cosmos!!! I like mine, a little heavier on the acidic side, and he nailed it to a tea! So much so the hubby had to order him one. Which he’s a beer man.
Highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or even a chill night.

“We took a group of about 13 right around 1pm on a Saturday. Considering we were walk ins, service was great and the food hit the table in a timely fashion. They were very nice and professional and they know what they're doing. We had everything from ramen, to sushi and hibachi and the food quality and flavor was great. We will definitely be going back. Loved that they had anime in one of the TVs for our resident anime chica.”
