Whether it's a hot or cold day in Covington ice cream at Scoops is a must. When you walk inside you feel like you're in an ice cream shop. There is limited seating inside but they also have chairs you can sit in outside. On the way to order your ice cream they have candy and miscellaneous items for sale. If TVD also brought you to Covington like me, make sure you stop by Scoops after dining at Mystic Grill. They’re seriously the cutest candy shop I’ve been in.I’m not a huge sweet tooth but even I had to hold back. Their chocolates look amazing and their ice cream is delicious. It’s worth planning some extra time just to stop in and see.

Took the fam out for dessert after dinner per usual at Scoops, when we entered the store we noticed a little congestion at the front. Come to find out, another customer had thrown up all over their table, booth and floor. The male Scoops employee (Tall brunette) saved the day and cleaned it all up him self.
