We visited from PA and this was some of the best ice cream we have EVER had. It was delicious!
They have great service, hot chocolate, Carmel chocolate apples fancy old candy ! I love it! Very sad we don’t live in Covington
Every time we come to Covington, Scoops is a must! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and their ice cream game is unmatched!
