hated the conveyor belt system and too bright for us , more like a hospital cafeteria
It used to be great. Not so much anymore. The food is bland and taste generic. Definitely not Japanese.
I understand prices have gone up everywhere but they've taken it to the extreme. The customer service was on point. They were there to bring you anything you might need within minutes, if not seconds. I really hope the food and prices catch up.
Everything about the new Tokyo is disappointing. The food is no longer tasteful, the prices have increased, and it’s almost always loud in there where you can barely hear the other person you’re talking to at the table.
The one in Monroe is still the same so far. Further drive, but way worth it.
