“Everyone was great. I was calm, not quite awake. My server was attentive.I was served my food. And being absorbed in my phone, I did not start eating right away. I was asked by three different people if everything was okay, and if I needed anything else. It was nice to see that they took the time to make sure I wasn't quietly having a problem.The food was on point. They did a great job!“
“I'm from Brooklyn, in town working, and I am ALWAYS in search of good food and more so local good food!I task my coworker, who is local to put me on to good we can eat, enjoy and won't take up too much of our break time waiting on it; without hesitation he said Mammy's!...so if we went!PEOPLE!!! When I tell you my taste buds were EXCITED! There was a REAL party happening in my mouth...LOL!SO! “Was visiting from alabama. Stopped for an all star breakfast. My server was bleu. She greeted my as soon as I came in. She so sweet and her personality is everything. She didn’t skip a beat. Her spirit is so bubbly. She was definitely the best server I ever had in any restaurant. I will be returning soon. Hopefully she still there..“
“I was truly amazed by the level of leadership and teamwork demonstrated by the management and staff here!This restaurant was crowded! —- and they HANDLED it! I couldn't help but notice the three levels of leadership present, each performing their duties as managers while also actively assisting the line cooks and servers. It was like witnessing a well-oiled machine in action! No fussing, no yelling, just working—diligently!Having worked in a few top chain restaurants myself, I am familiar with the concept of servant leadership. However, I have never seen it executed to this extent before. The dedication and attentiveness displayed by the leaders at this Waffle House were truly inspiring. It was evident that they not only cared about their roles as managers but also genuinely cared for the well-being of their team and the customer experience…..unbelievable! “I walked out of the Waffle House at 1100 NorTec Dr. because I sat there for ten minutes without being acknowledged while people that can in after me were served. I was the only person at the counter; hard to explain why I was ignored. Anyway, I drove down the street and I walked into this location and it was totally different. Logan greeted me immediately and as I sat at the counter, she asked for my beverage order. A minute later a fresh, hot cup of coffee arrived and she took my order. Food arrived in just minutes, fresh and tasty. Logan checked on me and my cup of coffee three times while I ate, giving me a refill on the second. She greeted everyone that came in and gave them the same great service. Consistency and care. Hard to come by anymore. Good job, Logan. Keep that attitude and life will open many doors for you!“
“I’ve been here several times now and I can say it’s good. Usually quick seating but the weekend can be a bit of a wait. The food comes out fast. The seasonal beignets are soo good, the peach is my favorite! Last time we got the fried shrimp and fries(very good) and the eggs Benedict(not a fan of the hollandaise). Good service.
