Went to try the new grilled dipping taco. They were out of the shredded beef that goes in it so I got ground beef. But this is burnt with barely any meat inside of it! Thoroughly disappointed. The drive thru cashier was friendly but to come home and open my food to see this was disheartening.
They have removed the menu from the wall and force you to use the self serve computer. No one comes out until they call your name for food. We even had to remind them that the order had drinks as they didn't fully read the ticket. My husband had to assist another customer due to no one coming to the front to greet or assist people with the kiosk.
