Put in a mobile order in after 12am. I usually go to the one on brownbridge Rd but went to this one for a change. Order cravings box with cheesy potatoes burrito and gordita crunch and 2 potato soft tacos when I pulled to the window to pick up my order the girl asked me to pull forward and then drive back around after 4 minutes. They were waiting for potatoes to cook, okay very confusing but okay cool fresh potatoes but into the tacos when I got home not even 5 minutes away and the potatoes were so hard i could bite through them next time just tell me your out of potatoes if you don't want to drop a fresh batch down they take around 2 minutes and 15 seconds to cook if i remember correctly as I was an assistant gm at a taco bell. Bad move guys you really dropped the ball on this one no cars in line what did you have going on.

They drive-through they messed up my order and refused to make it again correctly made me pay for it again and told me I had to come back around to order it, which I refused the guy working The drive-through is the only good thing for this company all the other smart mouthed women should be fired.

I stopped by around midnight on a Friday night. The line was a little long and I knew they were busy. I patiently waited and as I ordered and received my food, the young man working the drive thru was so polite and well mannered, excellent customer service skills.

Food was terrible, small and just not what it use to be. Almost $22.00 for 2 tacos and a mini burrito. I can't believe that it's gotten this bad.
Not one time but every online order rather pick up or delivered is made wrong. Taco Bell is too expensive to not prepare orders correctly. Highway 138 location need to closed down if they can not train their cooks thoroughly. The basic toppings don’t ever be on my orders. The only thing that doesn’t having missing toppings is a simple but taco. And they don’t ever answer their phone. I am so over it. Where’s the sour cream and guacamole??? I added the tomatoes did not request to delete any toppings. So I paid extra for tomatoes and couldn’t even get it prepared how it’s already supposed to be..

I used the mobile app for the first time. Placing my order was pretty simple. It was just a tad annoying having all of the specials keep popping up instead of being able to go directly to the menu. Otherwise going thru the mobile drive thru was seamless. I will order from this location & try this method again.

They completely messed up our drive through order. I ordered a steak quesadilla and got chicken. My boyfriend simply ordered hot sauce and got nothing. He also wanted to replace the cinnamon twists for nachos and cheese and guess what? He got cinnamon twists. I decided to try the cinnamon twists and they tasted like chemical cleaner!! There is no way that fryer oil was changed recently… It was a horrible experience and we LOVE Taco Bell!
