“This is a restaurant in the back of a Mexican grocery. The store front can be a little confusing. The food here is absolutely fantastic. It is authentic and the portions are very generous. The service was very friendly. Our waitress felt more like someone’s mom was making sure we got fed rather than a waitress worried about providing mandatory customer service. We went all in with Birra toca’s and everything hit. My husband had the steak tacos—the flavor in the meat was on point and the sauce took it to another level. I kept it simple with tacos and they were just as good—fresh, flavorful, and done right.

Best part? My kids approved too! It was my 8-year-old’s first time trying bar tacos and he loved them, and my 6-year-old said they were the BEST tacos he’s ever had. That says a lot!

Easy 10/10 for us. This spot officially replaces our old go-to on Salem Road. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This was one of the first local taco spots my fiancé and I tried when we moved to the area. We are always happy to support smaller taquerias as those are always our favorite. Although the area is not decorated to let you know there’s tacos there, we just knew from the looks of the truck and the area what we were getting into and we were not disappointed!
The gentlemen working there are always so kind and informative. Their tacos are 10/10! Definitely try the lengua tacos if you have not. I look forward to the weekends as those are the only days they are open. It’s always a treat to look forward to after a long week!“
