Kozi Sushi Ramen is a small but intimate place with a cozy inside. The menu is given as soon as you walk in for those who are ordering to go, and there are areas for you to sit if you want to dine in. The interior is spotless and very clean, with upbeat jazz tunes that push the experience over the top. Friendly servers attend to needs quickly, and service is great. Food is tasty and very flavorful. Guests enjoy creatively crafted sushi such as garlic sushi roll and eel sushi roll, both tasty and a nice size portion. Large sushi rolls and good sushi are served with hot tea. The ramen broth is phenomenal, savory and comforting as a warm hug, with a slightly salty warm taste and pork that is not fatty. Dumplings are also offered and were not bad. The hibachi plates are large but not a big fan. The ambience is nice and the overall rating is high. The only con was they were out of a lot of items on a Saturday before 3 PM but the food 9/10 and service 9/10, overall 9.5/10. Many thanks for the quick service and the restaurant will be back for more.
