“It’s cookout, if you been to any other locations you know it’s just a good late night snack location with fire creamery’s. They also have seasonal items on the shake menu and Cheerwine!! “I ordered 6 piece bone in honey garlic wings with house fried rice. The wings were pretty good , but that house rice was the best I've had in Ga.! Fried rice with beef chicken shrimp and broccoli.... it was pricey considering it was lunch for 1 person, the food and Customer Service made up for it. I'll go back again around payday ?“

“As a person who considers Chinese food his favorite, I’ve searched every restaurant in the area for the best. I think this may be it. I craved their egg rolls every day and have never been disappointed with the chicken fried rice. Decent pricing too. Tried the wings once as well and remember them being ok.“

“My wife and I recently realized that while I was writing a negative review about another restaurant in Stonecrest, it was only fair to also write a review about a place that consistently does things right. That place is Wow’s Burgers and Seafood.

We have been going to Wow’s Burgers and Seafood for almost five years now, and it truly stands out as an exception in the area. Most nearby restaurants, including the Wendy’s directly in front of it and even the Domino’s across the street on Panola Road, struggle with poor customer service. In many cases, it feels like employees almost go out of their way to be unhelpful or dismissive.

Wow’s Burgers and Seafood is the complete opposite. The customer service there is phenomenal. I do not know exactly how the owner or manager runs things, but whatever they are doing clearly works. The staff consistently delivers top notch service, going above and beyond every time we visit. They are friendly, cordial, respectful, and extremely professional. Even when the atmosphere is casual, the level of respect never drops.

The owner and management deserve real credit for the people they have hired, especially the front end staff. In an area where bad customer service seems almost normalized, it is honestly impressive to walk into a place where employees actually care about how they treat customers.

In nearly five years of visiting Wow’s Burgers and Seafood, I have never once experienced bad customer service. There may have been a couple of occasions where an order needed to be corrected, which can happen anywhere, but the way it was handled was always professional and courteous. The service has consistently remained at a five star level.

If you are tired of dealing with poor customer service at other restaurants in the area, I highly recommend giving Wow’s Burgers and Seafood a try. They are located at Panola Road and Covington Highway, right inside the plaza, and they are a great example of how customer service should be done.“

My daughter was having one of those moments, and everyone was so patient and kind about it, which honestly meant a lot. They were helpful, understanding, and never made us feel uncomfortable. “I don't seem to taste the seasoning on the Buford sandwich? 🤔 Also I've noticed that sandwiches aren't made to how corporate says to make them. 1 Ring onion, the pickles (evenly spread out) the finger pinch of lettuce. “On that side of town so stopped by. My daughter and I tried several items all were good. My favorite were the ribs and the potato salad which had a unique smoky type flavor while still capturing the great taste of a good southern potato salad. Everything was fresh tasting and will definitely be back. I don’t love on that side but it’s definitely worth the drive“
