“I like how the guy took his time making sure he got my order right, and was friendly and professional. People might want a rush but I like how it didn't feel rushed but not slow at all, just kind of methodical doing his job perfectly. Good food too! Piping hot“

“This is a positive review! I came here around 3:30 and placed a mobile order for pickup. Sadly it was overlooked, and I had to leave without my food after waiting twenty minutes due to needing to be at the church around the corner to make sure my company’s team was set up for the Christmas festival. I came back three hours later and the manager on duty already knew of my issue, then got his team working on it, and then I had my food in under five minutes and absolutely perfect. Corporate better read this or else because that’s called recovery. Merry Christmas!“

“Day of service- (Dec 19th 2025 at 7pm) Service was excellent very patient and friendly, front attendant made great suggestions and was courteous.
Lobby was Clean and well arranged, trash was emptied and the drink station was wiped down.
Food was fresh and hot.
Parking and drive through has a weird configuration and the location of the restaurant is in an awkward corner but manageable if you are patient.“

“I visit this location often and 99% of the time I go drive thru and the experience is usually mixed. It is usually the night shift though lol but today I decided to go inside. Thank you OSA for making that experience pleasant and I promise I will come inside a lot more often.“

“There is a very kind woman who works here who gave us free food because it was close to closing and they didn’t have everything we had originally asked for. She was very accommodating though and really brightened our day. It was definitely the best experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s before.“

“For me Wendy's is always a hit, hot fries cold frosty, and not to mention the best fast food sauce on any side of the Mississippi the GHOST PEPPER RANCH kills it every time. Staff kills it always having a smile. This Wendy's is laid out funny but is kindof cool that there is a good quiet corner for studies and things of the sort. But the thing of it is that this place slaps.“

“I went through drive-thru to this location today for lunch and my fries were cold. I didn't make it far, so I came back and went inside to get a fresh order. The African American young lady with the long braids and nicely manicured nails was extremely polite and professional. She was very polite, attentive, courteous to ALL of her customers from what I observed while waiting on fresh fries. She is the reason for this 5 star review, if more people in customer service performed in this manner problems wouldn't be a problem!!! That Coke was popping, it was strong as heck!!!“
