Wendy's in Acworth

“A few year's ago this Wendy's was on point, now...I went thru the drive thru and ordered a $5 bag with the bacon cheese burger, it was ok, the nuggets and fries were cold. At the window no thank you or receipt. Try to call and speak to a manager but there's no getting through, I guess when you have such horrible food and service they can't answer all the calls it would come through. When I was in the area a few days later I stopped by and spoke with the manager and explain to her I just wanted her to understand about her employees as well as the quality of the food no apology all I was told is so you want nuggets and fries? I said mainly I just wanted to make you aware of the situation so maybe you could correct it she never apologized just threw some nuggets in the box and some fries and handed me the bag. Well that's one less customer they have now.“

“I use rhe app and go through the drive through. I need my patties to have NO SALT. The college age crew is very attentive to that at the loud speaker. The app does Not have an option to NOT add salt to the patties. I go buy, purchase a Dave's Single with Extra Onions, Extra Pickles, Extra Tomatoes. These guys and gals are Great at building my burger. Wendy's hurt themselves with those cut, deep fried potatoes. They hurt themselves by Not having a dedicated fryer for Gluten Free Items. Culvers, Freddy's, Chick Fil A, Whataburger are the only chains with Dedicated Fryers. Culvers has The Only REAL Crinkle Frensh Fries. I get my burger, go next door to Chick Fil A, order a Large Waffle Fries with No Salt, Unsweetened Tea, get out my small bottle of liquid Stevia, and have a Great meal.“
