“We ordered online and came to pick up for dine-in. They were very friendly and made sure our order was correct. After so many horrible experiences at other fast food places, it was a breath of fresh air to actually get our order and it being correct.

Though I don’t get Wendy’s often, whenever there is a craving in the family and I go pick it up, we all typically prepare ourselves for a mediocre customer experience and a 50/50 shot that the order is accurate.
